1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by 557pub (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms govern your relationship with 557pub and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User," "you," or "Player") and 557pub.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to registered users or prominent notice on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the 557pub Platform and refrain from accessing our services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 557pub Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The 557pub Platform operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our services are intended primarily for residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. 557pub does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where our services would violate applicable law.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the 557pub Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Preferred payment method details (GCash, PayMaya, or bank account)

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 557pub Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal information, is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 557pub account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity occurring under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify 557pub customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

557pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication when available.

3.2 Account Verification

557pub reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PRC ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Payment method verification (screenshots of GCash/PayMaya accounts, bank statements)
• Selfie photograph holding identification document

Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of verification procedures. Users must submit requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days of request, or the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 557pub reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200 on dormant accounts with positive balances, deducted from the account balance on the first day of each month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

557pub accepts deposits through the following verified payment channels:

• GCash: Instant deposits with zero processing fees
• PayMaya: Real-time processing with no additional charges
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks
• Online Banking: InstaPay and PESONet transfers

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Deposits are credited to your 557pub account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Users may request withdrawals of available account balances subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ₱500,000 (may be increased for VIP accounts)
• Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's name
• First withdrawal requires completed account verification
• Bonus funds and associated winnings must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal

Standard withdrawal processing time is fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours for bank transfers. 557pub strives to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible, but processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 557pub requires that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. This policy applies to all deposits and helps prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activities. 557pub cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigating suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

557pub offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to enhance the gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Users must carefully read and understand the terms of each promotion before claiming or participating.

Bonus funds are separate from real money deposits and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all 557pub bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus would require ₱35,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table games: 10-20% contribution (varies by game)
• Live casino: 10% contribution
• Bingo and fishing games: 50% contribution

Specific promotions may have different wagering requirements and game restrictions as stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

557pub reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Collusion with other players
• Using automated betting systems or bots
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the 557pub Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Players must not attempt to manipulate game results or gain unfair advantages through technical means, including the use of automated software, bots, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.

6.2 Game Interruptions

In the event of game interruption due to technical issues, network failures, or server problems, 557pub will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to interruption. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 557pub is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service provider failures or player device malfunctions.

6.3 Game Errors

In the rare event that a game malfunction causes incorrect outcomes or payouts, 557pub reserves the right to void all affected game rounds and refund the original stake amounts. This includes situations where game errors result in inflated winnings or incorrect displays. All 557pub decisions regarding game errors are final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 557pub Platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud
2. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise proceeds from criminal activity
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages or manipulate game outcomes
4. Account Sharing: Allowing other individuals to access or use your account
5. Underage Gambling: Creating accounts or gambling if under 21 years of age
6. Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Platform software
7. System Abuse: Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors
8. Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or 557pub staff

8. Account Suspension and Termination

557pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close user accounts at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or failure to comply with verification requests. Upon account closure:

• Access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
• Remaining real money balances (after deduction of any owed amounts) will be returned to the registered payment method within thirty (30) business days
• All bonus funds, pending bonuses, and unredeemed loyalty points will be forfeited
• Users are prohibited from creating new accounts after permanent closure

Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not waive any outstanding obligations owed to 557pub.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 557pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

557pub provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the 557pub Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
